Coverage designed to support confidence in materials, workmanship, and intended use.
Marine RoadGuard stands behind the quality of its products. This Limited Warranty outlines the coverage provided for defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use, along with the claim process and important limitations.
Marine RoadGuard warrants its Windshield Protection System to the original purchaser for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Marine RoadGuard or through an authorized sales channel and used in accordance with the intended purpose of the product.
1-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.
The original purchaser of the Marine RoadGuard product.
At its discretion, Marine RoadGuard may repair, replace, or otherwise resolve a valid warranty claim based on the condition of the product and the nature of the issue.
This Limited Warranty is intended to cover defects that arise from manufacturing or workmanship issues, not misuse or external damage events.
Because the product is used in real-world transport conditions, it is important to distinguish between defects in the product itself and issues caused by installation, misuse, unsupported applications, impact events, or neglect.
Marine RoadGuard is designed as a windshield protection system intended to help reduce exposure to transport-related force, debris, and impact. However, no protective product can guarantee prevention of all windshield damage under all transport conditions.
For that reason, this warranty applies to the Marine RoadGuard product itself and does not constitute a guarantee against any and all glass damage, transport incidents, or external loss events.
If you believe your Marine RoadGuard product has a defect in materials or workmanship, contact Marine RoadGuard directly and provide enough information for the issue to be reviewed efficiently.
Marine RoadGuard will review warranty-related issues based on the information provided and determine the appropriate next step. If you have questions about coverage, fitment, product condition, or the warranty process, contact us directly.
