Windshield Protection for Over-the-Road Boat Transport

Keep your glass intact. Every trip. Every mile.

Patent Pending System

Marine RoadGuard Inc. is a purpose-built windshield protection system designed specifically for trailered boats. When you are on the road, your windshield takes the full force of debris, insects, airflow, and transport-related impact. Marine RoadGuard helps stand between your glass and the unpredictable conditions of transport with a cleaner, more serious solution built for real-world use. Marine RoadGuard is designed for center console boats with full-size windshields.

The Reality of Transport

Your windshield takes the road head-on.

Every trip on the highway exposes your boat to conditions it was never designed to handle at speed. Loose debris, gravel, insects, and sustained airflow all target the most exposed surface on your vessel—your windshield. Unlike other areas of the boat, the windshield sits forward and unprotected, taking direct impact mile after mile.

When damage happens, it is rarely a small inconvenience. It can become a costly repair, a frustrating sourcing issue, and unnecessary downtime when all you wanted to do was get to the water.

Replacing a boat windshield can quickly become an expensive and time-consuming problem.

Meet Marine RoadGuard

A reusable system built for transport, not just coverage.

Marine RoadGuard Inc. is a purpose-built windshield protection system, engineered and manufactured in the United States to solve a specific problem—protecting windshields during over-the-road transport. It is not a generic cover and it is not intended as an afterthought accessory. It is a system designed around fitment, structure, and repeat use so boat owners can trailer with greater confidence and a cleaner, more professional solution.

Made in the USA

The design combines a durable outer shell with internal structure to help absorb and deflect impact before it reaches the glass. Just as important, the system is built to stay positioned during transport so the protection remains where it matters most.

Built in the United States using controlled fabrication and marine-grade materials.

Why Windshield Protection Matters

Prevent costly windshield damage while trailering.

At highway speeds, wind pressure, debris, vibration, and repeated road exposure can place constant stress on marine glass. Marine RoadGuard is built to help reduce that risk by creating a protective barrier between transport conditions and the windshield surface.

For center console boats with full glass windshields, this means a more serious transport solution designed to help reduce impact exposure, manage pressure, and support a more secure trailering routine.

Fitment-Based Protection

Marine RoadGuard systems are reviewed by boat year, make, and model to help confirm the correct shield size and insert configuration before production. This process supports cleaner fitment, stronger protection performance, and more accurate final pricing.

Designed for Real Boats

Built around the boats people actually run.

There are thousands of center console boats on the market, and no two windshield configurations are exactly the same. Marine RoadGuard Inc. is built with that reality in mind. The current system is focused on center console boats with full-size windshields and a structured sizing approach designed to work across a wide range of real-world applications without requiring a custom build for every boat.

Marine RoadGuard has been developed with strong consideration for many of the center console brands most commonly seen on the road and at the ramp.

Fitment may vary by model and year. Every order is reviewed before production to help ensure the right solution for the boat being protected.

Built to Protect at Highway Speed

Marine RoadGuard combines marine-grade fabric, closed-cell foam, and a rigid support layer that sits on top of the closed-cell foam  to help disperse/absorb the  impact and reduce stress on your windshield during transport.

Ordering & Fitment Process

To begin a pre-order or request fitment assistance, please provide your boat year, make, and model. This allows us to review your boat against our existing fitment database and determine the correct shield size and final pricing.

If your boat is already supported in our system, we will respond with the recommended size, final price, and invoice for payment prior to production execution.

If additional fitment review is needed, we will guide you through the next step using our fitment process. If we are not able to build for your boat at this time, we will let you know and follow up once your boat has been added to our system.
